Stop Chasing. Start Rooting.

Have you ever asked yourself, what is my purpose?
And then felt… more lost than before you asked?

Like it’s this elusive thing—something everyone else has figured out but you?

Me too.

For years, I thought purpose was a treasure I had to chase. Something big. Flashy. Something you only get after earning it, stumbling into it, or surviving enough storms to “deserve” it.

So I tried on roles. Identities. Missions. Hoping one would finally click.
But they never did.

Purpose kept feeling like it was just over the next hill. Like everyone else got a map… and I missed the memo.

Then something shifted.

It didn’t come all at once—but slowly, gently, as I started asking myself deeper questions.
Not What should I do?
But What do I long for?
What lights me up when no one’s watching?
What truth have I been carrying quietly in my chest for years?

That’s when I realized:
Purpose isn’t something you chase. It’s something you root.

And once you do?
You don’t have to find your path.
You grow into it.

Let me share what I’ve learned—because it’s simpler than you think.

🌱 Purpose Grows Like a Living Thing

Your purpose doesn’t arrive fully formed. It begins as a seed—a whisper, a feeling, a tug that says, “There’s more for me.” You don’t have to know what it will become. You just have to believe it’s real.

The soil is your environment—your habits, your beliefs, your relationships.
If you’re surrounded by self-doubt, people-pleasing, or comparison?
The seed can’t root.
But if you tend to your soil—live in alignment with your values, say no to what drains you, and yes to what fuels you—your purpose starts to grow.

Then there’s sunlight—your expression.
Not a stage or spotlight.
Just the daily choice to show up.
To speak truth. To serve. To create.
Even in quiet ways. Every time you do, you feed your purpose.

So if you’ve been feeling disconnected or unsure…
Come back to the seed.
Tend the soil.
Let in the light.

You don’t have to earn your purpose.
You just have to root into who you already are.

And if money is where that disconnection shows up the most—if it feels tangled up in shame, fear, or confusion—then let me walk with you through that soil.

I made this hypnosis recording for you about this very topic. Let me know how it does for you.

3 Quotes to Ponder:

“Your purpose is not the thing you do. It’s the thing that happens in others when you do what you do.”
—Tanya Dalton

“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go do it.”
—Howard Thurman

“You are not lost. You are just in soil you’ve outgrown.”
—Unknown

2 Thought Experiments:

  1. The Seed Test
What’s been tugging at you lately? A nudge, a dream, a “maybe someday” thought?
Now imagine it’s not random—it’s your purpose in seed form.
What would change if you believed it?

  2. Soil Audit
What beliefs, environments, or relationships have been nourishing you? Which ones have been depleting you?
What can you prune today to make room for growth?

1 Action Step (Journal Prompt):

Spend some time journaling your answer to this question:
What part of me have I been calling “lost” that might actually be my purpose waiting to be planted?

Remember, I'm here to support you on this journey!

Warmly,
