Own Your Brilliance

Did someone forward this email to you? How wonderful!
You sure have some good friends.
Let’s get you your own subscription so you never miss a week.
It was one of those cooler Georgia mornings after a stretch of relentless heat, and I found myself reflecting on how fast everything can shift. A sudden storm. A cool breeze. A change you didn’t see coming.
That’s how it felt the day I realized my ability to see straight through to someone’s deeper truth was a gift—not a fluke. For the longest time, I thought I was just good at listening. But I started noticing patterns. I’d talk to someone about what they were struggling with, and before they even finished their sentence, I could feel what the real issue was.
At first, I didn’t trust it. I second-guessed myself. Who was I to say what someone else needed to hear?
But over time, with client after client, I saw the same thing happen. A moment would come. A phrase would drop into the conversation. Something would shift. Their shoulders would lower, their breath would deepen, and I’d hear, “Wow. That’s it. I didn’t even realize that.”
And I finally saw it clearly. My ability to name what’s under the surface is part of my brilliance.
You have that too.
It might not look like mine. Maybe your brilliance comes through your art, your voice, your ability to stay grounded when things go sideways. But I promise, it’s there.
Today’s session was all about helping you find it. Not through a big flashy breakthrough. Through three simple shifts: reconnecting to yourself, honoring your voice as a power tool, and making small aligned moves that unlock massive momentum.
This is your reminder that your next move doesn’t have to be loud. It just has to be yours.
And if you’ve been feeling unclear, stuck, or like you’re waiting for permission to shine, I’d love to help. Book a clarity session with me. We’ll untangle what’s holding you back and get you moving forward again.
3 Quotes to Ponder:
“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.” — Howard Thurman
“Your silence will not protect you.” — Audre Lorde
“Clarity is not found in thought. Clarity is found in movement.” — Angie Cole
2 Thought Experiments:
The Mic Drop Test
If you were given a microphone and a room full of people willing to listen, what truth would you want them to hear before they left? What would you say if you had no fear of being misunderstood or judged? The 90% Energy Leak
What is one thing you’ve been saying yes to that only gives back 10% of your energy—or less? What would happen if you said no next time?
1 Action Step (Journal Prompt):
What am I ready to say out loud that I’ve been holding in? What would change if I gave myself permission to speak it?
Remember, I'm here to support you on this journey!
Warmly,
Vickie Poole

Want to come to the woods with me?
I’m co-hosting something rare this September. It’s a 3-night experience in the Tennessee woods for women who are ready for a shift.
We’ll sleep in tents, move our bodies, cook and create together, sit in circle, and learn from the land.
You’ll reconnect with your intuition, remember what your body already knows, and start to see things differently… what’s holding you back, what’s possible, and what’s quietly been waiting for you to notice it.
It’s not a retreat. It’s a reset.
The Shift Weekend is a space to shed old patterns, open to new vision, and build deep friendships with women who will walk with you long after the fire burns out.
We’re keeping it small - just 20 of us.
If this speaks to you, I’d love for you to come.
