There was a moment in a courtroom (divorce proceedings with my first husband) when he looked straight at the judge and said, “She never finishes anything.” I wish I could say that was the first time I’d heard it. But no.
The first time was from my grandmother, the day my dad proudly told her I was heading to college. She didn’t say congratulations. She looked me in the eye and said, “Why? You’re not going to finish.”
That moment hooked into my brain like a fish on a line. Somewhere in my subconscious, a belief took root: I don't finish things. And for years, I lived into that story. Quit school. Quit programs. Gave up too early.
It wasn’t until years later, through coaching, hypnosis, and even a human design reading, that I could finally reframe it.
Turns out, I’m not a quitter. I’m a manifester who knows when something is no longer aligned. I shift quickly. I know when to walk away. I pivot with power. That’s not failure. It’s flow.
Reframing isn’t pretending things are fine. It’s telling a truer story. A story that reflects who you are becoming, not who you used to be.
Because here’s the truth:
Your thoughts are not facts.
They’re just scripts.
And you get to rewrite them.

Next time a limiting thought pops up, ask: Is this helping me or holding me hostage? Then, choose again.Try a Reframe
Pick one story you've been telling yourself (e.g., I'm stuck). Say it out loud. Now reframe it (e.g., I'm in the process of figuring this out). Feel the shift.
